BERNADINE B. GRADWOHL Mrs. Bernadine Gradwohl recently of Harbor Club formerly of Holden St. in Port Washington passed away of Congestive Heart Failure at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus in Mequon early Sunday morning July 24 2005. She was 87 years old. Bernadine was born in Milwaukee on October 30 1917 daughter of Joseph and Laura Kotecki Katcki. After graduating from South Division High School she worked various office jobs until she met and married Wayne Gradwohl. They were united in marriage on April 22 1950 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Milwaukee. The couple settled in West Allis and moved to Port Washington in 1964. Wayne preceded her in death in 1989. Mrs. Gradwohl was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. She enjoyed baking doing word puzzles taking car trips walking her two dogs and spending time with her family. Bernadine is survived by her two daughters Denise Gradwohl and Mary (Scott) Baumann and two grandchildren Matthew and Carly Baumann all of Port Washington. She is further survived by nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. Mrs. Gradwohl is preceded in death by her husband Wayne and an infant brother Joseph. A brief Memorial Service will be held Sunday July 31 at 3PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home from 1-3PM.
