Mrs. Bea Wills of Waldo, formerly of Port Washington and Milwaukee, passed away at Aurora Sheboygan Medical Center Friday, November 19, 2021. She was 87 years old. Beatrice was born in Asa, TX on March 17, 1934, daughter of Crespin and Ramona Ortiz Herrera. The family moved to the Milwaukee area in the 1950's. On April 4, 1964, she was united in marriage with Michael Wills in Milwaukee. The couple settled in Milwaukee and started their family. They moved to Port Washington in 1980 and later to Waldo in 1997. Mrs. Wills enjoyed doing counted cross stitch and made wonderful pieces that she would then frame. She also liked to crochet and do jigsaw puzzles (even online!). The bright spot in her day was always seeing her grandson and the time she got to spend helping take care of him. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 57 years, Michael, their son Mike (Lori) Wills of Sheboygan, daughter Patricia (Douglas) Schmidt of Belgium, and grandson Tyler Schmidt. She is further survived by her sister Maria Martinez of Los Angeles, CA, brothers Antonio (Gloria) Herrera of Dallas, TX and Alfred Herrera of Lamar, MO, numerous nieces and nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Lucy Mejia, Manuela "Nellie" Cheek, Lena Valverde, Rachel Soto, Frank, Arturo and Ralph Herrera. The family will receive visitors at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 171 N. Royal Ave in Belgium, on Friday, November 26th from 6-8PM, ending with a Rosary service at 8PM.
