Barbara A. Hess of Saukville was called home to her Eternal Father on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. She was born in Muskegon, MI to Edward and Lillian Krajewski on October 2, 1946. Barbara graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central High School in 1964 and later received her bachelor's degree in 1987 at Alverno College in communications/business. Barbara was an avid gardener. She loved holidays and family gatherings. She will forever be remembered for leaving one dish in the microwave that never made it to the table. Barbara was very proud of obtaining her bachelor's degree later in life. She worked in research and development at Palermo's Pizza and retired after more than 30 years of dedicated service. Barbara is survived by her sons, John (Jackie) Hess and Greg (Tammy) Hess; grandchildren, Dustin, Derek (Courtney), Hunter and Emma (Josh Simms); great-grandchildren, Sage and Maverick; sisters, Marilyn (Robert) Slezak and Carol (Ross) Scovotti. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by former husband Frank Hess, her parents and close friend Milen Frenz. A Memorial Service will be held at Open Door Bible Church (3420 County Rd LL, Port Washington, WI 53074) at 3:00PM on Friday, October 25, 2019. The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH from 2:00PM until the time of service. The Eernisse Funeral Home of Port Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
