Barbara Decker A funeral service will be held on Monday December 20 2004 for Barbara A. Decker (nee Gilman) a longtime resident of Saukville WI. Barbara passed away on Wednesday December 15 2004 at Columbia St. Mary's Hospice in Milwaukee. Barbara was born on April 2 1920 in Linden WI. Barbara graduated from Grafton High School in 1937 and then attended the Wisconsin Commercial Academy. On September 22 1944 she married Nicholas Decker at Chico Air Force Base in Chico CA. Barbara worked as a secretary in the library and guidance departments at Port Washington High School for 18 years. She was also a former member of the Port Washington Senior Center. She enjoyed crossword puzzles word games gardening flowers playing cards with her friends and keeping a clean house. Mrs. Decker is survived by her Husband Nicholas of Saukville 1 son Steve of Saukville 1 daughter Lois Decker of Grafton her granddaughter Stephanie (Wade) Riesterer and 1 sister Dorothy (Paul) Davies of Peach Tree City GA. She is further survived by her brother-in-law George Decker of Port Washington 2 sisters-in-law Hilda Barwick of Port Washington and Esther Hubing of Tucson AZ nieces nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday December 20 2004 2 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. Port Washington with Father Karl Acker officiating. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum in Port Washington. Visitation at the Funeral Home Manday from 12-2 PM. Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family.
