IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Ashley M.
Davis
July 10, 1986 – October 24, 2023
Ashley M. Davis of West Bend passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday afternoon, October 24, 2023, at the age of 37.
Ashley was born in Skowhegab, Maine, on July 10, 1986, daughter of Steven and Wendilee (nee Schermerhorn) Davis. Ashley and her family moved to Wisconsin in 1988 and settled in the West Bend area. She studied in the medical field and chose to follow her mother into the area of caregiving at assisted living homes, for she always loved to take care of people in need.
She is survived by her three children: Jakob Michalski, Liliana Ramirez-Davis, and Alejandro Martinez, her loving parents Wendilee Bustamante & Gregory Goss of Jackson and Mark Bustamante & Stephanie Knop of West Bend, fiancée Adam Feiner, and daughters-of-the-heart Oakley and Willow Feiner. She is further survived by siblings Tyler Bustamante (Ashley Nicole) of Manitowoc, Ryan Bustamante of Virginia, Sadie Bustamante of Theresa, and Quintin Bustamante of West Bend, grandmother Violet Goss, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
To Ashley, family came first. Her children will always remember her support at their activities and sports, trips to the Dells, and birthday parties at The Mineshaft. They will see her spirit reflected in the wolf and eagle in nature.
Ashley enjoyed kayaking on the Milwaukee River, camping, and time outside in the warm sunshine. She loved baking cheesecakes for family and friends. Ashley liked watching action-packed movies and crime documentaries as well as stand-up comedians such as Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, Kevin Hart and Jeff Dunham. Halloween was her favorite holiday, and she always liked helping her mother decorate for it.
Ashley adored animals, especially her dogs. She had a fondness for American pit-bulls, especially her first dog, Dahlia. If she wasn't watching her shows or movies, Ashley could be found taking a walk with her children and pets.
Other activities Ashley enjoyed include board games with her family, singing in the car, and morning coffee with her mother at the Copper Penny.
Private family services were held. A Celebration of Ashley's life is being planned for a future date.
The family would like to thank everyone for their support through this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ashley's name are suggested to the family's GoFundMe page https://www.gofundme.com/f/remembering-ashley-davis , to help with future expenses for Ashley's children.
Ashley had a good heart; she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
The Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements; online condolences may be left at www.eernissefuneralhome.com .
