ANNA K. UKASICK Mrs. Anna Ukasick of Harrison Ave. in Cedarburg passed away at Family Tree - Harrison Home in Cedarburg where she had been a resident for the last 4 years. She was 87 years old. Anna was born in Milwaukee on August 12 1926 daughter of Joseph and Anna Geiss Lieber. She attended local schools and graduated from West Division High School with the Class of 1943. On May 24 1947 Anna was united in marriage with Bernard Ukasick in Milwaukee. The couple settled in Milwaukee and moved to Cedarburg in 1979. Bernard preceded her in death in 1989. Mrs. Ukasick worked at General Automatic in Milwaukee and retired as a supervisor in 1988 after more than 20 years on the job. Anna was a member of St. Francis Borgia Parish in Cedarburg. She belonged to the Cedarburg Senior Center where she participated in ceramics and the Teddy Bear Class creating teddy bears to be donated to local police departments. Mrs. Ukasick is survived by her two children: Kenneth Ukasick of Kansasville WI and Sharon (Robert) Possley of Cedarburg. She is further survived by her granddaughter Nicole Possley of Madison special friends Glen Kathy Gunderson other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 AM on Monday November 25th at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church North 1375 Covered Bridge Road Cedarburg. Father Al Viek will preside. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery Milwaukee. The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH Monday from 9AM-11AM. Eernisse Funeral Home Crematory Services in Cedarburg is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to the Cedarburg Senior Center in her name. The family wishes to extend their warmest thanks to the staff at Harrison Home and Serenity Hospice for the wonderful care they gave Anna.
