Mrs. Anita Malone age 99 years of Cedarburg died Thursday evening January 9 2014 at Kathy Hospice in West Bend. She was born April 11 1914 in Grafton daughter of Mathias and Mary Dopple Becker. In 1934 she met Bill Malone at a dance at Schmit's Ball Room in Grafton. On October 19 1940 they were married at St. Joseph's Church in Grafton. The couple farmed in the Town of Cedarburg until retiring. He preceded her in death in 2003. She was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Cedarburg. She enjoyed playing bridge and sheepshead. Mrs. Malone is survived by her four children Thomas (Cynthia) Malone of Saukville Ellen (Robert) Smela of Delray Beach FL Patrick (Barbara) Malone of San Luis Obispo CA and William (Lorraine) Malone of Grafton 8 grandchildren Jesse (Janet Malone Jodi (Keith) Fischer Kristeen (Thomas) Pastore Chad Smela Bridget Weatherby Patrick Malone Tracy (Anthony) Curran and Matthew Malone 19 great grandchildren nieces nephews special friends Sue and Gertie Lorenz other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday January 14 11 AM at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church 1375 Covered Bridge Road Cedarburg. Burial will be in St. Francis Borgia parish cemetery. Visitation at the CHURCH Tuesday from 9 - 11 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Francis Borgia School building fund appreciated. The Eernisse Funeral Home Cedarburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
