Obituary

Allen E. Hall Al Hall of Parknoll Lane in Port Washington passed away early October 1 2010 at Heritage Nursing Home. He was 83 years old. Allen was born March 7 1927 in Milwaukee the son of Allen E. Hall Sr. and Dorothy Orsquo;Neil. Al proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. After returning to Wisconsin he enlisted in the United States Army Reserve from 1954 until his retirement in 1987. He was united in marriage with Lois Koehler on September 8 1956 in Milwaukee. Al worked for Bradley Co-op (formerly Bradley Washfountain) in Menomonee Falls for 37 years. Al was a member of St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church in Port Washington. In his spare time Al enjoyed rolling dice puzzles and trains. Al enjoyed traveling with his family and had recently traveled on an Alaskan cruise for his and Loisrsquo; 50th Anniversary. Al is survived by his wife of 54 years Lois of Port Washington and their two children: Kevin (Linda) Hall of Cedar Falls IA and Jean Hall of Port Washington. He is further survived by his siblings: Marjorie Butala of MN Clair Hall of Sussex Barbara (Clare) Brockman of WA Frances Menz of Milwaukee Philip (Mary Ann) Hall of Greenfield brother-in-law Erich Schwanz of Saukville sister-in-law Wanda Hall of Plover nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by 3 siblings: John Rosemary and Kenneth Hall. Funeral Services will be held at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church 1525 N. Grant St. in Port Washington on Monday October 4 at 6PM. Al will be laid to rest at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Matthew Ev. Church. The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday October 4 from 3-6PM. The Eernisse Funeral Home Port Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
