Alice Le Duc of Elm Grove passed away unexpectedly in her home on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the age of 81. Alice was born in Sobieski, WI on April 7, 1937 to John and Chesterine (nee Warshall) Pranica. She married Don R. Le Duc on October 24, 1959 and together they had two children. Alice was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Alice graduated from the University Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BA in Anthropology/Sociology. She was a talented and prolific quilter as well as an outstanding cook. She was the heart and soul of her family and loved by all who knew her. Alice is survived by her children Paul (Robin) Le Duc and Marie (Mark) Mejac; grandchildren, Paul, Asher and Aaron; siblings, Alan (Valerie) Pranica, Renee (Dennis) Heikkila, Susan Forrest and John (Becky) Pranica; sister-in-law, Kerry Pranica. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Don, and brothers Tommy and Bernie Pranica. A Funeral Service for Alice will be held at 11:30AM on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Eernisse Funeral Home (1167 Washington Ave. Cedarburg, WI 53012). Visitation will be at the FUNERAL HOME from 10:30AM until the time of service. Alice will be laid to rest next to her husband Don at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg.
