Albert James Dooley Jr., "Jim", passed away at his home at Village Point Commons on Thursday, December 9, 2021. Jim was born on September 17, 1938, in Peoria, IL to Albert and Letitia (Heer) Dooley. Jim spent 27 years as Vice President of Finance at Pabst Brewing Company. During his working years, he was also the owner of Meurer Bakery in West Allis. Jim was very active in his church, University United Methodist Church in Peoria. After retirement, Jim spent his time volunteering for many organizations and was extremely active with the Kiwanis. He traveled the world holding positions in Kiwanis, most recently visiting Japan. He was an Eagle Scout Marksman and Treasurer at the United Methodist Church just to name a few. Jim is survived by his sons Albert J. Dooley III "Jim" (Patti) and Frederick Dooley "Fred" (Suzanne), brother Robert "Bob" (the late Jackie) Dooley, sister Jeanne (the late Clif) Snow and nieces and nephews Clif Snow Jr. & family, Ken (Lisa) Snow, Dr. Cristin Dooley and Patrick (Shauna) Dooley. He is further survived by other family, great nieces and nephews and friends. Jim is preceded in death by his parents and wife Nadine Culbertson. A Memorial Service will be held at Eernisse Funeral Home 1167 Washington Avenue Cedarburg, WI 53012 on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 1:00 PM. Chaplin Sameer Ali will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 NOON until the time of the service at 1:00 PM. Donations to Kiwanis or University United Methodist Church are appreciated.
