Ms. Marilyn Regan of the Town of Fredonia passed away at her home Monday morning, January 28, 2018, at the age of 88 years. Marilyn was born in Elm Grove on February 25, 1930, daughter of Charles and Pearl Robinson Stuart. She grew up in Fort Atkinson and attended local schools before graduating from Milwaukee Teachers College.
On June 29, 1957 Marilyn was united in marriage with John M. Regan in Jefferson. The couple lived in Milwaukee before moving to Mequon in 1959 and raised their family of five children. Mr. Regan preceded her in death.
In 1984 Marilyn moved to a hobby farm in Fredonia where she raised Corriedale sheep, rabbits and chickens. She loved being on the farm and it warmed the artist’s spirt in her soul.

Survivors include her children Patricia “Patty Jo” Malchow of Amherst, VA, Tracy (Robert) Pulido of Paauilo, HI, Michael (the late Kitty) Regan and Katherine “Kitty” Regan of Milwaukee, grandchildren Colin Malchow of Scottsdale, AZ, Ryan Malchow of Brooklyn, NY, Clayton Regan of Newburg and Sean Regan of Saukville. She is further survived by sisters Beverly (the late William) Riggert of Glendale and Sandy (Roger) Cox of Johnson City, TN, brother James (the late Elizabeth) Stuart of Neenah, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her son Timothy, and brother Russell (the late Elsie) Stuart.
Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Sunday, February 3rd at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave, Port Washington. Deacon Tom Surges will preside. Marilyn will be laid to rest beside her son in St. Rose Cemetery, Fredonia the following day. The family will receive visitors on Sunday at the Funeral Home from 12 noon until services at 1PM.
