Marion V. Beaudin

Marion Beaudin, age 80 years of Port Washington, WI formerly of Eau Claire, passed away at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Mequon, WI.  Marion was born in Eau Claire, daughter of Edwin Person and Violet Zeichert Person.  On November 8, 1946, she married Solomon Beaudin in Stillwater, MN.  Marion was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Eau Claire, and was an election poll worker in Eau Claire for many years.  She enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is survived by her daughter Colleen (Larry) Driscoll of Newburg, WI, two grandchildren Brian Driscoll of Madison and Kevin (Julia) Driscoll of Milwaukee.  She is further survived by her great-grandchildren Owen and Michael and her sister Wilma (Elger) Anderson of Chippewa Falls and her brother Les (Angie) Person of Franklin, WI, one brother-in-law Clarence Wollenberg of Milwaukee, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sol, her daughter Yvonne Beaudin, one sister Gladys Wollenberg and her brother Don (the late Eleanor) Person.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 13th at 1 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home with Pastor Marilyn Borchardt officiating.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.  Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on Saturday, March 13th from 12-1 PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd suggested.  The Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, WI is assisting the family.  Online condolences may be left at www.eernissefuneralhome.com
