Our Mom made us laugh...wiped our tears...hugged us tight. Watched us succeed, saw us fall...cheered us on, kept us strong...and drove us a little crazy at times...but Moms are a precious gift from God that enables you to have a friend forever!

I won't be able to attend the service, but wanted to say she was one terrific lady. She was fun to visit with, sharing her great sense of humor! I'm so happy to learn that she had so much family in her life -- she'd have loved all the hugs and kisses. I was doing her "halloween make-up" many years ago, and had accidently leaned on her to get the eyes just right. So I immediately apologized and she said with a laugh "I'll take any kind of physical contact I can get -- it's always good". Naturally, a good hug was in order after that. Pat/Carol and families: sympathy, prayers, and to remembering all the fun times you had with her!

Dear Carol and Patricia, Thank you for sharing stories of your Mom's life with me while I was volunteering at Horizon Hospice. I can tell by the way you talked about her that she was an incredible woman. And I am sure she was very proud of you, her daughters. I hope the coming days give you peace knowing that she is now in peace. Take good care. Penny Engebose, Horizon Hospice volunteer

Growing up as our neighbor, Mrs. Hoge always had a smile on her face. She is remembered very fondly.

Mrs. Hoge and I shared the same birthday and were neighbors. Every year she bought me a box of Thin Mints. She will be in my prayers.
